The warranty covers any accidental damage to your screen and/or back glass and camera glass ,while using Break protection product, it is as per the break protection plan mentioned in the invoice. This does not cover cosmetic damage or water damage.
We will replace your protection with a new protection at a service charge of just AED 10 per side .
We use a Multilayered protection made out of the toughest material called Urethene. In between the different layers of our protection we have a nano coating with Non Newtonian fluid technology, which absorbs the impact when the phone falls down, not allowing the impact to reach the phone and protecting it from any damages. The protection hardens upon the impact and becomes soft after impact.
Break Protection absorbs an impact upto 4.65 KG or fall from 15 feet. However we do not guarantee that there won't be internal damages as we are protecting only external parts of the phone. Internal damages are covered by the phone's warranty from the manufacturer. On extreme impact there are chances of internal damages.
The Screen Damage Warranty covers screen replacement for customers under the plan Break Protection Care+. Within one year from the date of installation, if the phone’s screen is damaged even after having our protection on, we will provide a one-time screen replacement.
For customers renewing Break Protection Care+ on the repaired phones for an additional year, the replacement will be free of charge. Otherwise, a small service charge will be applicable i.e. 10% of the replacement cost of the screen or a maximum of Rs. 2000 whichever is lower.
No, you will not need to pay the full amount again if the product needs to be removed for phone servicing or if it peels off. The initial payment is a one-time investment, as our product comes with a lifetime replacement warranty. Only a small service fee will apply. To qualify for a replacement, simply bring the removed protection back to the store and return it. A new protection will then be provided as a replacement.
Within 15 days of installing Break Protection, you have the option to upgrade to the Care+ plan. To upgrade, visit the store, where your phone will be inspected to ensure it is not already damaged. If the phone is in good condition, you only need to pay the difference amount to complete the upgrade.
To renew your Care+ plan after one year, you only need to pay 80% of the original price. Simply visit the nearest Break Protection store to complete the renewal.

Without the IMEI being registered with us, we cannot verify the validity of your warranty, making it essential to maintain this information for your benefit.
Keeping sensitive information like your IMEI number private is recommended, but exposing it doesn’t pose an immediate hacking risk. Unlike passwords or PINs, the IMEI number doesn’t provide access to your device’s content or apps.
Due to the screen damage warranty, we are unable to offer discounts on Care+ plans. However, up to 10% off may be available for three or more phones opting for the Care+ plan, depending on the specific store where the service is being completed.
